Because accepting returned product can be very costly and time-consuming for us, we do have to maintain a fairly stringent Returns Policy. ButtonDrawer.com will accept returned product and issue refunds or exchanges for merchandise of equal value within the following guidelines:

1) All returns must be requested within 30 days from receipt of your order.

2) Orders of 12 or more of the same button, thimble or label style are not returnable.

3) Orders of 12 or more different buttons are not returnable.

4) A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders.

5) Shipping costs for returned orders will not be reimbursed.

6) No returns or refunds will be accepted for discontinued items.

7) Sorry, no returns are available for any product or item over the price of $3.00 each.

8) All returned orders must include the original packing slip and be shipped postage prepaid to:
