Online Ordering is Safe and Simple

We have designed our website with you, the customer, in mind. We strive to make the ordering process as quick, easy and secure as possible. To shop online, simply browse through our extensive Product Catalog. If you have a really good idea of what you are looking for, you might want to take advantage of our Product Search tools, which are designed to make the shopping process a little faster for you.

The only requirements for using our online ordering system are that you have a valid e-mail address and that you have "cookies" enabled in your browser settings (click here for info about "cookies"). If you do not have an e-mail account, or simply prefer to place a conventional "mail order" we have built tools to allow you to easily place an order with us. Once you locate a product that you want to order, simply enter the desired quantity (or leave the default value of "1") and press the Add To Cart button. You will immediately be redirected to the Shopping Cart page where you will see the product in your cart.

If you want to continue shopping, simply select the <Go Back to Previous Page or < Go to Catalog Index link in the upper left corner of the shopping cart table (directly beneath the Shopping Cart title). If you are ready to check out, select the Check Out Now button in the bottm right corner of the Shopping Cart table. You will be directed to the Order Login page.

Customers opting to order online are prompted to create a secure, password-protected account through which they can process their order on our secure server using their Visa, Master Card or American Express. You will receive an order confirmation/receipt by e-mail and be notified via e-mail when your order ships. Additionally, you can log in to the My Button Drawer area of the site to view the status of your order. Returning customers can simply log in to place new orders. Unless you need to change your ship-to info, you will only be required to enter your credit card information for each new order.

Your credit card information is not stored in our online database and your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

About "Offline" Ordering

Customers opting to order offline are directed to a printable order form containing the contents of their shopping cart which can be mailed to us with your check or money order payment - OR you can download a printable hard-copy order form. If you are using a Visa, Master Card or American Express to pay for your order, you can also phone in your order to us at (720) 434-1090 or fax your order to (303) 794-3174.
